FRESH MOZZARELLA

This is a different product than the more common mozzarella cheese used for pizzas. Fresh mozzarella is traditionally made from the rich milk of the buffalo and is a creamy, soft white cheese formed into balls. To keep it moist, fresh mozzarella is sold packaged in brine.
